- Took the Challenge to Ist time establish 2×600 MW and 1×800 MW Solar Power Parks in most backward Bundelkhand region of UP under National Solar Mission of Govt. of India.
- Associated from Concept 2 Commissioning with the World famous Multipurpose 1000 MW Tehri Dam (260.5 m height- highest in Asia) which supplies Peaking Power to 9 states of Northern India , 2.65 lac hectare Irrigation water to UP and Drinking water to 40 lac Population in Delhi.
- Tehri Dam Project- 1000 MW has won the prestigious award of โInternational Milestone Project’ of International Commission of Large Dams (ICOLD).Tehri Dam Project has been adjudged by the Jury of Dam Experts as the International Milestone Project considering the uniqueness of its design and construction features.
- Koteshwar Dam project- 400 MW (adjudged winner in Category โBest Construction Projectโ among more than 70 submissions from all sectors under this category).
- Associated in the Resolution of Commercial dispute by the high level committee of Govt of India (Ministry of Power) with the Consortium of Suppliers at Moscow Russia resulting in deployment of experts , resumption of generating plant supplies / Rotor laminations to site & timely commissioning of this Prestigious Project of National importance.
- Emergency procurement of Microsilica ( specialized concrete item) from Dubai , with 3rd Party Inspection of SGS South Africa, for spillways at Tehri resulting in heavy men & machinery savings to the Project
- Careful & successful packaging of the various Contracts of the Project for achieving the cost savings to the Project/ Nation & overheads thereof.
- Protracted negotiations with the Consortium of International Suppliers resulting in huge savings from Arbitration Costs and invocation of Sovereign Guarantee of the Govt. of India. besides timely commissioning of the Tehri Dam Project.
- Unique & innovative models of CSR with PAFs Participation resulting in smooth implementation of Project.
- Head of various Projects from time to time.
- Public hearing ok from SPCB & Villagers in one go and then consent to establish. Also brought the innovative concept of signing of Tripartite Agreements.
- Completed & obtained TEC of 444 VPHEP from Central Electricity Authority (CEA) , Govt of India in a record time of 5 months through a COMBO OF LIASIONING , PR, FOLLOW UP, COORDINATION, PPT, COMPLIANCES et al.
